We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please read our return and refund policy below.
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at donal.cheung@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time to post. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at donal.cheung@gmail.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at donal.cheung@gmail.com.
