Thank you for shopping with VeraTails! We want to make sure you and your pet receive your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully.

Order Processing (Handling Time) All orders are processed within 1 business day of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery Times (Transit Time) Once your order has been processed and shipped, please allow the following estimated delivery times:

  • Pet Beds: Shipped from our US warehouse. Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days
  • All Other Products (enrichment toys, grooming, feeding accessories, etc.): Shipped from our international warehouse. Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days

Please note that international warehouse shipments may take longer during peak seasons or due to customs processing.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking information to update.

Customs & Import Duties For products shipped from our international warehouse, your order may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival in the US. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Delays While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery times above, delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or other factors outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
