We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us and we'll work with you to resolve it.

Eligible Returns

You may return items within 30 days of delivery if:
  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item does not match the description on our website
  • You are unsatisfied with the product for any reason
Non-returnable items:
  • Items that have been heavily used or soiled beyond normal inspection
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@veratails.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue
  2. For damaged or defective items, please include a photo
  3. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
You do not need to return the item in all cases. For low-value items or damaged goods, we may issue a full refund or replacement without requiring a return shipment.

Refunds

Once your return is approved:
  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued
  • Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear on your statement

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we cover return shipping costs
  • If you are returning for personal preference, return shipping is the customer's responsibility

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately at support@veratails.com. We will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
